Harlequin Property, the sales side of Harlequin's business has applied for administration. This is distinct from Harlequin Hotels & Resorts who are responsible for the delivery of the various resorts and properties, which Harlequin state is unaffected.

Harlequin has taken this action as a result of serious adverse publicity making new sales difficult at this time. They therefore intend to move their present focus away from sales to delivery of completed properties. Henceforth, this website now only serves as a record of documents and is not intended to procure new sales. We will post any ongoing news in the News section of this website.

This site is continuously edited and focuses more on pre-launch offers or properties more special than the norm. We explain the Harlequin Business Model and the various financial projections in a manner more easily understood and with greater detail.

Harlequin Hotels & Resorts is one of the UKs leading international property investment brands, specialising in developing high rental earning FREEHOLD properties within luxury 5 star hotel run resorts in some of the best beachfront locations in the Caribbean. Your cash investment is typically 30% of the purchase price. Properties range in price from £105k to £1.5m. All are on or close to the beach.

Freehold properties range from studios, apartments, to 6 bedroom luxury villas at prices discounted to below market value to incentivise buying off-plan.

Because the Harlequin model means that the cash investment you need put in is only 30%, your actual net annual income yield in % terms, relative to this smaller cash investment, becomes far higher

All Harlequin properties are freehold and offer excellent potential for high capital appreciation. For income, investors can opt for a guaranteed 10% annual rental income for 2 to 10 years followed by a 50% rental share potentially yielding even far higher income net of all costs.
